After subscribing you will receive your M3U link and/or Xtream Codes login to enter in any of these apps.

Each subscription allows up to 1 simultaneous connection (1 screen at a time). If you need more screens, you can order multiple subscriptions. Resellers can offer multiple subscriptions to their customers from a single panel.

Yes, you can upgrade from GOLD to DIAMOND or extend your subscription at any time. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange the upgrade for you.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds after activation. We strongly encourage you to use the free 24-hour trial before purchasing to ensure the service works well on your device and internet connection.

We recommend a minimum of:

• HD (1080p): 10 Mbps
• 4K: 25 Mbps
• 8K (DIAMOND): 50 Mbps

A stable wired (Ethernet) connection or strong Wi-Fi signal gives the best results.

If you experience buffering, try these steps:

1. Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection
2. Restart your router and your device
3. Lower the stream quality in your IPTV app settings
4. Try a different IPTV app (e.g. TiviMate instead of IPTV Smarters)
5. Contact our support via WhatsApp — we may be able to assign you a faster server

The EPG is an on-screen TV guide that shows what is currently airing and what is coming up on each channel — similar to a traditional TV guide. GOLD includes a 7-day EPG and DIAMOND includes a 7-day EPG + 3-day catch-up, allowing you to watch programmes that aired in the past 3 days.

GIGA IPTV works without a VPN. Using a VPN may actually reduce your streaming quality depending on your VPN provider's speed. If you experience issues with a VPN, try disabling it first.

Resellers purchase credits in bulk (GOLD or DIAMOND) at a discounted price and use them to create subscriptions for their own customers via a reseller panel. Each credit = 1 month for 1 customer. You manage your panel, set your own prices and keep the profit.

We use a professional IPTV Pro panel (compatible with Xtream Codes API). You get full access to create, renew and manage your clients' subscriptions, view statistics and add M3U playlists. Full instructions are provided after your first purchase.
