MAG Boxes (manufactured by Infomir) are dedicated IPTV set-top boxes designed to run Stalker Middleware. Setting up IPTV on a MAG Box is done through a Portal URL โ no app installation required. This guide covers all MAG models.
What You Need
- Any MAG Box (MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 351, 420, 522โฆ)
- Ethernet cable (strongly recommended over Wi-Fi for stable streaming)
- Your GIGA IPTV Portal URL and MAC Address (sent by email after order)
๐ Important: For MAG Box setup, GIGA IPTV uses your device's MAC address to activate your subscription. When ordering, mention that you have a MAG Box so we can send you the correct Portal URL and activate your MAC address.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Connect your MAG Box to your TV via HDMI and to your router via Ethernet.
- Power on the MAG Box and wait for it to boot (this takes about 30โ60 seconds).
- On the MAG Box remote, press the Setup button (or go to Menu โ Settings).
- Navigate to System Settings โ Servers โ Portals.
- In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the Portal URL from your GIGA IPTV email.
- Leave Portal 1 Name as anything (e.g., "GIGA IPTV").
- Press OK to save, then press Exit or Home.
- The box will restart and connect to the portal. Your full channel list will appear.
Finding Your MAG Box MAC Address
If you need to provide your MAC address when ordering:
- Turn on the MAG Box and wait for the main screen.
- Press Setup on the remote.
- Go to System Information โ your MAC address is listed there (format: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF).
- Alternatively, it is printed on the sticker on the bottom of the MAG Box.

Troubleshooting
- Portal not loading? Double-check the Portal URL โ copy it exactly from the email. Avoid adding spaces.
- Access denied / MAC not activated? Contact GIGA IPTV support via WhatsApp with your MAC address to activate it.
- Buffering? Use a wired Ethernet connection and check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
- Channels not loading after portal? Go back to Settings โ Servers โ Portals and verify the URL is saved correctly.
- Box freezes? Try a factory reset: Menu โ Settings โ Advanced Settings โ Factory Reset, then set up the portal again.
